No. Fin (Pen)B(10)-6/98-I dated 27th August, 2005 vide which 50% Dearness Relief in respect of the State Government Pensioners/ Family Pensioners and All India Services pensioners/family pensioners retired from Himachal Pradesh Cadre has been merged with basic pension/family pension w.e.f. 1.4.2004. The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to decide that the Second instalment of arrear for the period 1.12.2004 to 31.7.2005 on account of merger of 50% Dearness Relief which was ordered to be paid in the month of December, 2006 will now be paid in the month of October, 2006.
