Online Discussion Forum - Usage Policy

The views of citizens are invited for the Discussion Fourm on the topic displayed. The topics are contributed by the different organisations of the State Government and the consolidated feedback of citizens is sent back to the contributing department for further necessary action. The citizens may take care to note the following while sending their views:
    • It is not necessary that all views sent by the citizens will be published on the website.
    • One or two liner views may not be entertained, if not found relevant.
    • Views not relevant to the topic in question will be rejected.
    • The views may be moderated first before publication.
    • No separate communication on rejected comments, will be sent to the sender.

The Citizens are requested to note that the following contents are strictly forbidden from inclusion in the views to be sent for the topic under discussion forum:
    • Insulting, threatening or provoking language
    • Inciting hatred on the basis of race, religion, gender, nationality or sexuality or other personal characteristics
    • Swearing, using hate-speech or making obscene or vulgar comments
    • Libel, condoning illegal activity, contempt of court and breach of copyright.
    • Spamming i.e. adding the same content repeatedly
    • Impersonating or falsely claiming to represent person or organisation
    • Posting in a language other than then language of the website
    • Invading people’s privacy
